Abstract Submission Information for Oversea Applicants
  • Abstract must be written in English.
  • Deadline for abstracts is January 27, 2004.
  • Abstracts must be submitted as e-mail attachments to Nagoya office.
  • All requested information (Abstract title, Name list & Affiliation) and the abstract itself must be in an attached a word-processing file.
  • The number of characters of abstract itself should be about 1,500 - 2,000 counts.
  • Use only the last name and first name of the presenting author as the attachment file name (e.g., NorikoSakai.rtf).
  • The attachment file must be in Rich Text Format (RTF).
  • Only one abstract per electronic file!
  • The Program Committee reserves the right to assign your abstract to the appropriate forum.
  • Abstracts may be edited prior to publishing and translated to Japanese for understanding of many participants without notification to the author.
  • Only published work will be presented on a web page until mid-February.
  • The presenting author should be encouraged subscribing to a member of the Japanese Association for Laboratory Animal Science or The Asian Federation of Laboratory Animal Science Associations.
  • All abstracts will be published on the journal of Experimental Animals vol. 53(3) supplement, 2004.
