June 28 (Fri), 2013. After this date registration can only be made onsite at the symposium venue.
Registration Procedure:
The registration form is in MS-Word file format and can be filled on. Submit the completed registration form to the e-mail address below by 17:00 on June 28. For any questions or issues related to the APPS2013, please feel free to contact us (Japanese OK).

During symposium:

Participants must pay the registration fee in cash. Only payments in Japanese YEN will be accepted.
(NOTE: The fee does NOT include the banquet fee. The banquet fee is ¥5,000 . Banquet will be held at Rembrandt Hall in Hotel Europe.)
