The abstract form is in MS-Word file format and can be filled on. Submit the completed abstract form to the e-mail address below by 17:00 JST on May 20. Abstract must be written in English. Please note that the proceeding will be printed in grayscale. (NOTE: All abstracts papers will be included in the symposium proceedings.) |

Posters should be displayed on the poster board (90 cm x 210 cm) located on the 1st floor of Tower City Plaza by 13:00 on Day 1. Poster presenters are required to be present at their assigned boards during poster sessions, which will be held from 17:00 to 18:30 on Day 1 and 10:05 to 10:30 on Day 2.

All participants are invited to evaluate the poster presentations to select the best six. Ballots will be distributed along with name badges at registration. Please write the presentation number of the one poster presentation you consider most worthy of receiving the awards, and place ballots into the ballot box located in the entrance by 10:30 on Day 2.

Presenters of the ten best posters, in the view of the organizing committee, will each receive an award and will be invited to give oral presentations during a special session. An 8-minute presentation time followed by a 2-minute question and answer period will be allocated to each of the award winners.
All data will be erased promptly after your presentation.
1. | Please bring files on a USB flash drive or CD-ROM. |

2. | A Windows PC (OS: Windows 7) with Microsoft PowerPoint 2003, 2007 and 2010 will be available for the use of presenters on the stage. |
3. | Use a standard font that is easy to read, such as Times New Roman, Arial or Century. |
4. | If you wish to show a video, please be sure to bring your own PC. |
5. | Macintosh users should bring their own PC. |
6. | Presentation data should be submitted for preview at the PC desk at least 30 minutes prior to presentation time. |
